Ways to Use Your Forms to Upsell Treatments Naturally

Let’s be honest—“Do you want to add…?” at checkout feels pushy.
Upsells work when they’re quiet and useful.

Here’s how to make forms do the asking so you don’t have to.

    1) Pre-visit choices inside the consent (clients decide at home)

Add a short Enhancements block in the service consent—two or three options max.

    Examples:

    • Brow tint (+10 min) — defines shape

    • Hydrating mask (+10 min) — calms post-peel

    • Sensitive adhesive — for reactive clients

Keep copy plain: Optional. Adds ~10 minutes.
When the form lands in inboxes, upgrades land in client records before they land in your chair. You prep accordingly.

    Script in reminders:
“You’ll see optional enhancements in the form—choose anything that fits today.”

If they say yes, it’s already logged. If they say no, you didn’t “sell”—you documented care.

    2) One aftercare bundle on submit (the clean finish)

Right after aftercare, show a single relevant bundle with an “Add to pick-up” toggle.

    Examples:

    • Post-peel kit: cleanser + SPF

    • Fresh brow kit: serum + spoolie

    • Lash sleep kit: mask + brush

    One choice. No mini store.

    Microcopy that converts without pressure

    • “Optional upgrade — helps with ___; adds ~10 min.”

    • “Based on today, I recommend…”

    • “Add to pick-up (we’ll set it aside).”

    Tiny Tuesday story

We added two lines to the brow lamination consent: Brow tint and Nourishing mask. Week one, 31% chose at least one. No speeches at the desk. The form did the warm-up; the results did the convincing.

Set it up in 15 minutes (Glow Forms)

    1. Open the consent form→ add Enhancements (2–3 boxes, price + one-line benefit).

    2. In aftercare, add one bundle toggle with “Add to pick-up.”

    3. Put the same form link in confirmations + reminders; keep one QR at the counter.

    4. Tell the team: “Forms show optional upgrades; only tap what you’d stand behind.”

    Common mistakes (skip these)

    • A full shop inside the form (choice overload).

    • No prices (surprises kill trust).

    • Hidden time—if it adds minutes, say it.

    • Asking again after no (respect the tap).

Upsells feel gross when they’re pressure.
They feel great when they’re care—placed where clients already make decisions inside your branded forms.
