Any dispute regarding the services provided by the Service Provider, or their use of your data, must be resolved directly with the Service Provider.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glow Forms LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service or your interaction with the Service Provider.
